Newbe here.

I click the SUBMIT RESOURCE button but it says I can't create a thread. Why?

I reread the message but it doesnt tell anything why I cant submit a resource.

Need some halp here.

Welcome to Blizzmod. I've forgotten to remove the block because I was doing some test. Now you can submit it in the maps section. If you have any question, don't hesitate doing it
