How about remove nercromancers, noobs think its good for the summons and its free gold for the Alli since priest as auto cast dispell...

Hello,

I've loved playing the game recently. With reforge coming, there might be a lot of new players and a chance to re balance some of the game and fix current bugs.

Current bugs/overpowered:

- Medievh Death and Decay should be scaled to match Lich Death and Decay
- Oger Ulti: He is impossible to kill and does to much dmg
- Ghost: Sincerity drains mana but doesn't heal past 2 ticks
