turns an unit order string to internal ID.

Bug: Do not use during map init, returns zero at this time.

Example:
Code: Lua
  1. OrderId("humanbuild") --> returns 851995 (opens human build menu)

Orders:
humainbuild / orcbuild / nightelfbuild / undeadbuild are totally broken, don't issue them.
